Cass County Traffic Courts
Traffic records in Cass County can be split by issuing authority. Traffic Court vs Driver Record
A court traffic record and a Missouri driver record are different files. The court record is maintained by the Cass County Circuit Clerk or municipal division and documents the case filed from the citation. Cass County FTA Traffic Warrants

Cass County DWI and CDL Issues

Cass County Traffic Record Access
Public Cass County traffic records are generally accessed through Case.net and the Circuit Clerk when they are filed in the 17th Judicial Circuit. Missouri public-access rules still allow limits for sealed, expunged, juvenile, and restricted information.
